30-day challenges summary

    It is said that a habit can be changed in 21 days; 30 days may change you into someone new. There are tons of 30-day challenges in different areas such as fitness, habits, etc.At first, I was thinking about choosing a 30-day fitness challenge, but  I have been going on a diet for more than 30 days. So I choose to have a 30-day challenge of honesty. It looks easy not to lie in 30 days, but when you actually do it, it is harder than you think. Thus, I choose not to lie in 30 days although it looks easy, sometimes people lie without noticing.
  30- day challenge requires our willpower and our heart. As a result, i  expect that my challenge will be complete.
