Dear Ray:
  Hi, I am a student who studied business and saw your case of failure as an example in my study. I am writing this email to you after I saw what you did with your negotiation, and I want to give you some suggestions .
  You may regard yourself as a successful businessman, and as you have the  ability of dealing affair, you can be one literally. But practically, you can't because you are too arrogant.
  We cannot avoid the reality that you failed to finish this business with your customers, as you can see, the way you dealing with real people is wrong. You can say that this failure of this trade is not your fault, people fail  all the time. And yet the thing is that you didn't admit that you were wrong in  the first place. You probably thought you showed your confidence in business, but the definition of confidence and arrogance is totally messed up to you. You showed your arrogance to your customers, but you didn't show your respect. If you respect others, others would respect you. You said that ' I will never do business with you disrespectful people!' That was rude actually. That is what I am talking about, you need to be respectful first.
   Furthermore, you are supposed to to listen to others. Being modest is one shortcut to success. When Winda warned you that your own idea wouldn't work, you still insisted doing that, which was so wrong.  She also warned about' unusual means',which means these customers may be mean to you, but you refused to accept  Winda's suggestion. What I meant by that, you deserve this failure because you were not being modest. You should not stand from your own perspective to do this business, if you insist on that, you would be a bigot. Suggestions are very important to listen to even they may not right.  The people who gave you suggestions may be more experienced than you, they may be old hands in doing business. Your have to balance the suggestions other give you and your own ideas.
  Generally speaking, you need to put down your arrogance, and be respective but critical. You have to listen to others' opinions, even they may not right, there are part of the suggestions that you can invoke.

How make a creative writing

          There are many best-selling books every year, but some books are boring and no one wants to spend one second to take a look at it. What's the difference between these books? The difference is their ways have been written.  Some authors know how to make a book interesting, but some don't. So,what is the art of writing ?
           From my point of view, to make a creative writing interesting requires the the novel title of the writing, and the creative content of the writing, even use of imagination.
            A writing would be not appealing if it just state its opinions without anything novel. From my perspective, a creative writing need us to think out of box, we cannot be restricted within the title of the writing. For example,if someone ask us to write an essay about the change of the world; we should not only classify the changes, such as political changes, substantial ones, but also we need to think about how do the people in our daily life reveal the changes of the world during those years. Thus, writing is not only to write, but it is accompanied with thinking.
         Furthermore, the content , or we can say the type of the writing is important. What I meant by that , a creative writing may be boring because the way that the author write is not attractive to the viewers. For instance, if somebody wants to write a argumentation of the racism, and yet it may only concern the difference that people are treated, the author is supposed to think about different point with examples to capture viewers ' eyes.
         What I just talked about is important, but this one is the bonus for a creative writing: the use of imagination I a creative writing. If our life lacks  imagination it will be dull. Thus , imagination plays a key role to people.
The use of imagination in a creative writing will definitely catch readers' internet in keeping reading this book, that is also the reason why people love to read fictions.  Just as what I said, imagination is the extra bonus for a creative writing, a writing may have discount in viewers' minds if it is lack of imagination.
       In this week, I made up a story of the painting which is called' The Wounded Deer' . Someone told that my story is very imaginative since I narrate a story of a deer with a human head who was accursed by the pope.
When I wrote this story,I was thinking about how to connect the story with the painting that I have chose. By chance, I had heard the story of religion in history class, so it inspired me to make up a story during Medieval time. I use many mysterious plots in the story which had connection to the religion. I fully used my imagination to make up the story , and I connected it to the main object of the painting, which is the deer with a human's head.
    Generally speaking, I learned how to organize and to make a creative writing this week, and I expanded my skills of connecting things in order t make the plot of the story coherent.

                                            Psyche of  Agnes
   During the Medieval time, there was a story of a poor deer with a human's head. Its psyche hasn't been released till today.
   Agnes  , who was a beautiful girl living in a small. She is diligent and intelligent. However, one thing strange about her was that : Disasters happened no matter where she went. Many people  were afraid of her, and they thought she was a witch who was evil.  She was cursed by a gypsy since she was born because her mother used to be the enemy of the royalty.  Her mother was the queen of the kingdom, but after she refused to kill people who disbelieve Catholics.The pope was angry, so when Agnes was born, he put a curse on her.
  One day, Agnes was playing with a little boy in the field. They ran like winds and they laugh out loud. However, when they played the game hide-and-seek in the cornfield,Agnes pretended to scare him, and the boy then was tripped by a rock on the ground, and he died. The boy's parents were depressed and angry; they went to the palace to see the pope and said that Agnes is a witch who  disobeyed the god. Agnes meant no harm, but she could do nothing, because she something bad always happen no matter where she go.
  On the next morning, while Agnes was having a nightmare she heard soldiers were sent outside her house to catch her and execute her as a witch. She began to run away from her home, and her speed got faster and faster , soldiers chasing after her with arrows and swords, and horses were galloping .She hated that she was cursed when she was born; every child was supposed to be born with innocence. And yet the soldier were getting closer. Suddenly, a deer popped up, and it made her fall on the ground. The deer has a pair of pure eyes, it seems like it has a pure psyche, the. It began to talk ' I was sent by Jesus to come here to help you. The only way you can save yourself now is to combine with my body ,but you will never be back to human again. '. Agnes heard the soldiers were coming, she nodded without hesitation. A lightning came from the sky, the deer and Agnes become as a whole.  Agnes, or the deer began to run very fast,and the soldier couldn't catch up with her.
   Finally, Agnes got away from the soldier. But the disaster hadn't finished yet. The royalty who cursed Agnes found that Agnes ran away from the soldiers, they were very upset. They told the pope and the pope cursed her again , he summoned a storm in the forest in Oder for Agnes to suffer.
  Agnes was tired and sleepy, but she realized that a storm was going to happen.  Finally,the storm was roaring like a monster , it destroyed the trees and broke them into pieces, a stick fell down and kicked Agnes and  hurt her legs.
  Agnes was lying on the ground, and bleeding. She was crying for help, but something unfortunate happened. A hunter was then came put after the storm to hunt, he found that there was a deer lying on the  ground growing, he was so surprised. Then he used the arrows to shot the deer which is Agnes, Agnes wanted to avoid the arrows,but this time, she failed because she got hurt.
   She look up the sky, and feel numb. This is how her life end? She can feel that Jesus I'd calling her name and let her die peacefully . She closed her eyes,and never woke up again. Her soul hovered between the heaven and  hell because she was cursed by the pope.
